Comments: lost my goggles and broke my wetsuit's zipper 10 minutes before start. I said screw it, I am NOT done for the day - I'm swimming! What would you do differently?: carry extra goggles have help with zipping up my wetsuit Transition 1
Comments: got the wetsuit off pretty easily - helped that it was already unzipped.... ;) had the socks rolled up, and they unrolled pretty easily onto my wet feet. pretty easy transition What would you do differently?: nothing Bike

Comments: ouch. both calves cramped up as soon as I got off the bike. had a decision to make, decided I couldn't quit now... calves quit cramping after a half mile or so, I walked/jogged the rest of the course. hammy's were trying to cramp, and the whole body was just done. I wasnt in quite as good of shape as I thought I was.... What would you do differently?: more training Post race

got to the course 2 hours prior - swim starts at 9:30, I racked my bike at 7:15... no, I wasn't the first one there... :) Walked the transition courses, talked with a couple of guys next to me - made some new tri friends! :)
