in the navy so don't have much chance to swim.
this was a wetsuit mandatory swim. i had to purchase suit at race.
first time in suit.

work out more in wetsuit. get more water time

legs cramped up right off the bike.
took some time to get going

more brick workouts to get used to bike to run

walked around. put legs in pool.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

unable to work out properly had to use trainer and treadmill with very limited swimming. on ship in US NAVY.
