Comments: Swim suit made a difference in output. Got caught up on the rope buoys. Drafted more than normal. What would you do differently?: I am considering got Aquaman goggles just to get a little more sight for navigation. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Definately switched off through ride. Need to ride my own ride and not look around etc. What would you do differently?: Definately focus more prior to the start of race. Concerntrate on my technique. Less Gatorade. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Overall run was good. Definately my weakest leg and need to work on it. 4 lap run start of 4th lap had a real shortening of breath had to back off slightly What would you do differently?: Continue to concerntrate of my running style. Post race

Had a sleeping tablet night before, got a good sound sleep. Woke up 0445hrs. 2 toast, banana & margarine. Drank 1L water on the way to race. Should have set up my gear the night before and cleaned my bike. Did not do it as I worked that day and swam after.
Very poor. Mentally and physically did not prepare. Very casual about race which caught up to me somewhat in the ride.
