cereal at around 8, kept hydrated throughout the night
Event warmup:

not much, woke up with a cold. Conserved energy for the run, plus was running a bit of a fever

ok run. felt tired the whole way, probably from having a cold
What would you do differently?:

not go out so hard, save a bit more for the hills, had to take a couple of short walk breaks

not a bad race. felt ok, having the cold really slowed me down. Not much slower than last year and thats with a cold so I definately know Im faster all around this year
