Comments:

CRAMPS around the 4 mile mark lingered the rest of the race. Ouch! the hills on the way back looked higher thatn when I hit them the first time.

more trail work. way under prepared

Course: the 12k course is on rugged and very hilly single track terrain. total elevation change was GPSed at 3400 feet. not much else to say except this is not a typical city sidewalk or crushed rock trail run. the Ni-Bthaska-Ke trail run is one of the most difficult races in the midwest. That says it all
