Comments: not bad, a lot of congestion at the beginning running on the streets and the corners were a little tight with 250 people What would you do differently?: start a bit furthur up in the pack, could have been about a minute or two faster had I not spent time waiting to pass Transition 1
Comments: no complanints, first T1 in an event so really only wanted make sure I got out in one piece without crashing Bike
Comments: good ride, actually a bit faster than I expected,cadence was smooth and steady for the ride What would you do differently?: maybe pop a gel around mile 4-5 to help finish the ride and set up for the 2nd run leg. aero bars for next year! Transition 2

Comments: heavy legs never really felt good the last two miles. felt like my tank was on E the whole time and never got into a good a pace or cadence What would you do differently?: pop a gel on the bike ride, do a few more training bricks to get my pacing and transition down better Post race
Warm down: light run and walking What limited your ability to perform faster: not enough fuel, didnt bonk but the last run felt terrible. ran for about 10 min to loosen up after getting bike set up and in transiition
