Woke up got my bike and my daughters bike ready and loaded on the truck.

Swim was last, and not very crowded when I entered to pool. Just felt a little out of sync so not my best swim, but I'll take it.

Should have tried to push a little harder.

Felt OK. I felt a little sluggish and had forgot about the rollers on this course. I spun up the hills and tried to hammer the downhills. I passed a lot of people on the bike.

Haven't done any speed work and I could tell.

Just tried to hang on to ABQKid. Stayed with him for about 2 1/2 miles until his foot started to act up, so I just tried to hang on to the kid that passed me. Saw a small rattlesnake on the path about 2 miles in.
What would you do differently?:

Not sure, this was a good run for me.

Warm down:

Stood around with ABQKid and waited for the kids triathlon to start. My daughter and ABQKid's son both completed the kids tri.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No speed work. Overall was a good race for me.
