What would you do differently?: be closer to the bouy on rounding and working harder on passing instead of holding back. Was 3rd in my wave out of water. Transition 1
Comments: took some time into bike pedals, but once I was in I took off. I need to practice this. What would you do differently?: PRACTICE Bike
Comments: Well need to work on breathing, it was all too shallow What would you do differently?: breathe deeper and bike a little harder. Also aerobars. I caught WAY too much wind. Transition 2

Comments: Good. This is my worst event and I thought I did better than I expected. I walked as much as I expected and kept my pace up. What would you do differently?: More training. I need to work on how to breathe deeply and not shallow. Post race

Had trouble sleeping night before
None really. Some stretching. Air temp at start was 56 so i was concerned about warming up in pool then waiting 48 min to swim again.
