None really. Some stretching. Air temp at start was 56 so i was concerned about warming up in pool then waiting 48 min to swim again.

be closer to the bouy on rounding and working harder on passing instead of holding back. Was 3rd in my wave out of water.

Good. This is my worst event and I thought I did better than I expected. I walked as much as I expected and kept my pace up.

More training. I need to work on how to breathe deeply and not shallow.
