What limited your ability to perform faster:

my lack of training, especially in brick workouts,my fear of donwhill and speed and the size of my butt!

Event comments:

really good organization and safety all around especially in the water and on the roads for the bike course; lots of motorbikes and volunteers around the course to keep you on track, in the race and safe. good food afterwards. International level competitors on the olympic distance in the afternoon.
Couldn't have asked for better for a first tri and clearly higher level athletes had a ball too!!!
