Swim
Comments: Foggy goggles and bad navigation led to much longer swim. My swim is weak in the first place so the extra yards really hurt. I was all over this course. What would you do differently?: Learn to sight better. Transition 1
Comments: Long run from water to T1. What would you do differently?: nothing really. Bike
Comments: Pleased with bike. I've only been biking for about 2.5 months so I was happy with 19.6 mph average. What would you do differently?: Need to drink a little more on the bike. Transition 2
Comments: Not sure of T2 time. Was not posted. Really disoriented after bike. Had a brain fart and could not recall how to rack the bike. lol. Also started run with helmet on and had to return to rack to remove it. What would you do differently?: Slow down a little and get bike rack and helmet issues solved. Run
Comments: Legs were shot at end of the run. My lungs and heart rate felt great just did not have anything left in the legs. Also had minor cramping in legs groin and back for first 1/2 mile. What would you do differently?: Train longer on run I guess. Just need to build up leg endurance. Post race
