Swim
Comments: Swim was good. Time trial start, so one at a time every 5 seconds. This made the course less crowded and much easier. I felt pretty good on the swim and didnt' have to stop for a break or anything. Less than 2 min/100 is good for me, so I was happy. What would you do differently?: Not much... Comments: Average transition... took a few seconds to get socks and bike shoes on. Still haven't tried to put shoes on while on bike. What would you do differently?: Go faster Bike
Comments: Bike was average. The course had several hills, which I am not used to, so it made it tough. I didn't feel the best, so I just rode at more of a tempo pace as opposed to a race pace. I could have pushed it harder on the flats but chose not to. What would you do differently?: Have fresher legs going into the race so I would feel better. Transition 2

Comments: I did the same on the run as I did on the bike... didn't push it. I knew it wasn't my day so I just ran at a comfortable pace. What would you do differently?: Feel better... somehow Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: I just didn't feel right today for some reason. I was sluggish and didn't have the energy to push the pace. I knew this early on the bike so I just finished out at a steady pace. Event comments: Good race, would recommend it to anyone.
