Comments: The anti-inflammatory I took before the race gave me really bad stomach cramps. I managed to keep my pace for the first 3k but had to slow down a bit at km 4. I gave it all that I had. I PR'd though so it's not THAT bad lol What would you do differently?: I should have eaten a bit an hour before the race. Take water with me. Post race

Got up at 6am and ate oatmeal with fruit with a coffee. Also took an anti-inflammatory because my neck was stiff which ended up not being a good idea.
Ran easy for about 20 minutes with accelerations and drills
