Pre-race routine:

My first run back after a winter of very very little running due to injury. It felt good to run! 5k isn't really my distance though.
Event warmup:

Did lots of warmup...30 minute easy run then some speed work drills.

I was taking easy, trying not to reinjure my plantar fascia and posteriur tibular tendon!

Event comments:

They should have had more signing and info.., it was even hard to figure out where the start line was.
