Comments: Started out at the beginning feeling very excited. After about 150M i realized i had gone out too fast and really struggled to catch my breath. Lots of bumping and poor navigation on my part ... was really dissapointed in my performance. What would you do differently?: Practice more open water swimming, and learn to swim using more distant visual references Transition 1
Comments: Took my time to make sure i had everything - really did not hurry through it. What would you do differently?: need to mark top of socks, and need to roll socks my self. Also need to lay out T-1 in a better sequential order Bike
Comments: Was very happy with my ride. Bike performed well. But seat is still not positioned correctly. What would you do differently?: Need to get fitted to the bike and get more practice riding in the "aero" position. Also need a new seat. Transition 2
Comments: Calves were a little tight running thru transition. Shoes came off easily. Running shoes went on very smoothly. What would you do differently?: Need to memorize Switching the watch over to "run" mode. Need to stretch more as well. Run
Comments: Need to stretch calves more in T-2. got about 150 yards out on to the run course and both calves tried to cramp up. Took about 30 seconds to really stretch them out and had no further problems. Post race
