Warm down: Pizza...yum Event comments: If I had this same time last year I would have placed 2nd in my AG by 8 minutes.... definatly a higher level of compitition this year. Somebody sending my a text at 12:30am and me thinking it was my alarm clock. Got up, dressed, ate a Cliff Bar and cranked up some tunes....then realized what time it was....
Got up again at 5:45, ate another Cliff Bar and headed out
100 yd warm up swim in the pool. But it took about 45 minutes before I actually started racing, so wasn't much of a warm up
