Comments:

This was my longest run ever, and it was in the mud and rain and cold. Despite the cruddy (literally) conditions, I had a really good race. My time looks slow but there was alot of walking up the really steep hills around miles 7 and on, plus a huge jam up at the fallen trees that took a lot of time to get through because apparently people don't know how to crawl over or under a fallen tree.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, I ran alot of this course and only walked abit. My pace was pretty good when I was running except for one point right after mile 7 when my legs suddenly felt dead. I passed alot of people on some hills and flat, so I was pretty happy with my performance. Plus my hips and knees weren't too bad the entire time so yay!
Post race
Warm down:

I walked around a bit and then ran to the car to get my camera to take pictures of people. Stretched on the grass as I waited for a friend to come in.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Honestly, my skill. I think I did pretty well considering.

Event comments:

I wanted to stay and listen to the bluegrass band but it was still raining and I was cold and the line for the food was horrendous, so we headed out to WaWa for hot chocolate instead!
