What would you do differently?:

train more with my running. I was not a fan that the swim turned into a run. Bu, that's the way it goes. I'd rather not get a bacterial infection from the schuylkill

I walked from the mat to my spot, then walked my bike to the second mat. That first run was fast, my legs were hot!

doh. I hated this second run. It was a bad scene. I walked off and on for miles 2 and 3. not a fan of du's!!
What would you do differently?:

brick training, also I think I might have used up too much of my legs at the first run. Plus I had a great run at my wednesday race, wasn't exactly a taper week for me.

Race was giood, Michele is awesome as a race director. everyone handled the fact that it was a du pretty well. My only complaint is the huge line to get to the food tent. They shoulda set up a table with access on both sides - it was so long I skipped it and left.
