Comments: The water was super cold and the ony thing I could do to make it better was to swim face out of water. On the video that my family took apparently alot of others had the same thought. What would you do differently?: Found booties and gloves. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Transition space was tight, but overall I transitioned quicker than I thought I would. I put on underarmour shirt and light fleece. My top half was warm. What would you do differently?: Make sure I have some sort of pants/sweats to put on. ![]() Bike

Comments: didn't do the run at all.. I was wiped out after the bike. ![]() Post race
Warm down: stretch and walk around a bit, drink water What limited your ability to perform faster: Did not eat well enough to get me through the run. I had literally nothing left. Event comments: I couldn't hear the announcer very well before or after the race. The finish line was pretty crowded because the post race food was right there, maybe if that were moved a little bit farther back. As my first race I thought it was great and I will do another one. To keep my cool and to try and stretch a little. Took a gu 30 minutes before event start.
Prepare for the cold water
