Pretty good run. Can't complain. Not far off my Tri 5k pr, and the course is a little tougher than the course I PR'd on last month. I pushed hard until the end.
What would you do differently?:

Train more

Shake/food, stretch, hung out with my wife and friends.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I am a terrible swimmer and my transitions were awful.

Event comments:

I liked the race. Good course. I was hoping to podium for the first time today, but I had the toughest AG. I gave it everything I had but my transitions cost me 2 spots in my AG. Oh well, something to learn from as I move forward.
