Set up transition, throw everything else in locker. Warm-up on bike for 10 minutes, stretch while listening to my pre-race mix, drink some water, go change, double check transition, sit by pool and talk to Michelle, watch the wave before us, get in pool and warm-up with an easy 100yd.
