new bike, aero bars not adjusted well, did not spend any time in them, but the course was really more suited for a road bike then a tri bike, so i don't think it mattered much

What limited your ability to perform faster:

i did my last tri 7/08, then did almost nothing for past 6 months due to move across the country and adjusting to new job, almost was worried I would not get back into tris at all, so this marks my return... slow, unglamorous return, but its a start
