Comments:

I went out too fast and became extremely nauseous during the swim. I had to backstroke most of it. I was disorientated and sick. I just wanted to get out of the water!!

It started to thunderstorm during the bike. I did well. I felt confident and the rain didn't bother me. I thought it was cool.
What would you do differently?:

I would of pushed myself harder. I was feeling good during this part of the race.

Comments:

I was so sick to my stomach from the swim that I had to stop and walk or I was going to vomit. I did not exert myself physically. I was just plain ill.

How sea sick I got during the swim.

Event comments:

I need more open water swim practice before my next race. I didn't even really swim during it. I was floating most the way.
