Comments: I pushed a little harder in the beginning and am sure I lost a bit of pace on the 3rd and 4th uphills respectively. I still can't complain. This is my best 5K time I've run in awhile and I was 45 seconds better on this course than I was two years ago. What would you do differently?: More anaerobic training. Post race

Woke up approximately 1 hr before race time. Ate some cereal and sipped on G2 from start until race time. Had my mp3 player running for most of the hour before the race.
Light jog for 800m, little bit of stretching.
