Comments: I pushed myself more than normal and am happy that I did. I normally would run at a 1/2 marathon pace. I need to start running shorter races faster. What would you do differently?: Typical response: train more! Post race
Warm down: Walk around, dump water on me, I was insanely warm. Little stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Training Event comments: It was a very organized event. Even though it was not on time, I think that was a good thing. I would have been in the bathroom during the starting gun. The people were great.
