Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 5, at a WW English Muffin, a banana, and some coffee. Listened to some AC/DC on the way out, and set up my transition area.
Event warmup:

It was FREEZING when we got out there, so I had on a hoodie, sweat pants, a beanie, basketball shorts, a long sleeve t-shirt, and then my race clothes. I got marked, and then got a quick mile run warm up in before I jumped in the wetsuit.
Swim
  • 22m 1s
  • 1250 meters
  • 01m 46s / 100 meters
Comments:

Probably the best swim I've ever had. There was a ton of algae growing from the bottom, but it was all good. I flew for me. I was running out of the water, saw the clock and was like, "That can't be right".
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Transition 1
  • 02m 54s
Comments:

I can't believe that my transition took this long, but that's okay. I felt good.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Bike
  • 1h 00m 39s
  • 20 miles
  • 19.79 mile/hr
Comments:

I went out hard, and came back pretty easy. I had a rough few bricks last week, so that was in my head. I was worried I'd bonk on the run, so I took it easy coming back.
What would you do differently?:

Practice bricks more. They were in my head, but everything worked out.
Transition 2
  • 01m 9s
Comments:

It was a good T2. Nothing bad at all.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.
Run
  • 33m 1s
  • 4 miles
  • 08m 15s  min/mile
Comments:

I struggled a bit on the run back. It was a lot of uphill, so that whipped my butt. As I said before, the bricks were in my head. I wanted to make sure I didn't stop and walk at all, and I didn't. It was a good run for me.
What would you do differently?:

Drink a wee bit less on the bike. I cramped a bit.
Post race
Warm down:

Stretched and ate some fruit.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Probably the bike. I should have come back faster.

Event comments:

I had a freaking blast. It was my first Tri, so that made it even better. My training partner got 2nd in our age group, so that was exciting. And my other training partner had an amazing swim, finishing it 26th overall. We were all ecstatic.
