Could have gone faster on swim. The guy in front of me was seeded too high, and I was on his feet most of the swim. Came out of the water still feeling fresh. I gave a time of 5:10 for my seeding, but swam nearly a 5:30 because I was caught behind this guy.
What would you do differently?:

Give a faster time so I get seeded faster.

Started to cramp in legs at beginning of run, because I pushed the bike pretty hard. I backed off and tried to relax for the first 1/2 mile and gradually picked up the pace. Legs didn't cramp after that.

This is a very well run race that is organized by the Hempfield Triathlon Club. Definitely a good race for beginners or for experienced triathletes looking to blow out the cobwebs with a spring race.
