nothing, training suffered recently due to medical problems.

haven't tried leaving shoes on the bike yet... wasn't easy changing shoes, forget to get shoes out of bag ahead of time.... doh!

not much, be better prepared.

felt good on the bike, avg mph doesn't show it though... I can only assume my slow hill climbing pulled my avg down.

not much, will practice hills more when healthy and get new rear cassette for bike!

Warm down:

got real cold 10 mins after race.. my clothes were soaked!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

training breakdown due to medical issues, cold/wet weather. Didn't push myself too hard on this one, didn't want to risk any injuries, took a "training through" approach... This was also for Melissa, it was her first multi-sport event, one for the photo albums for sure!
