Comments: Water was more choppy than expected. I wasn't able to establish a comfortable breathing pattern and went into a comfort zone. What would you do differently?: -Try more at the breast stroke in order to get breathing pattern established. -Practice for a few mintutes before the race. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Felt like this was done efficiently. I didn't use socks, so slipping the bike shoes on was fairly easy. Everything was layed out properly to grab quickly. What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Bike
Comments: I may have been overhydrated on the bike. What would you do differently?: Not drink as much. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: I was slightly winded coming into this transition. What would you do differently?: Try and breathe better through this. ![]() Run
Comments: I cramped most of the run. It may have been from drinking too much water on the bike and a combo of being excited and running quickily out of T2. What would you do differently?: Slow it down a bit coming out of T2 and save it for the last leg of race. ![]() Post race
