Pre-race routine:

Got up ~ 5:30 had a bowl of cereal loaded the gear and got there at 6:30 Transition set up and checked in quickly. Then came the search for the bathrooms. We found our own bathroom about 200 yds away that no one else knew about (race advantage lol). The grass still had frost and there was 2 inches of snow 2 days ago, but today it is perfect. Great run! much better then last year! same with bike and swim was a little better. Hard to pass anyone in this pool. Talk about bottle neck! To pass you must climb over.

What would you do differently?:

Climb 1800 south more often early in the year to train for this races hill. This would aid in the passing of 4 - 5 people each climb.

Course: love this course. One LARGE hill. That must be climbed twice. So you get to climb twice... and fly down a very curvy hill by UVU twice. Very tecnical.
