Didn't get any warm-up really because we got there late, and then I stood around for 15 minutes waiting b/c of the time trial start.

My goggles got messed up twice and I didn't get a warm up. Both of those things probably cost me a few minutes.

Get my own directions, and warm up, and get un-warped goggles.

Great bike segment. Only area I thought I could improve on was hills. Had a few rough ones. Miles 18-22 I think my speed never dropped below 25mph. No one passed me. Not one person.
