Comments: Felt really good today. This was a training run for me for the Half marathon two weeks later. I ended up running faster and more easily during this, my training run, than the race. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Everything went well, even the though the plan, holding 8 minute mile pace, went out the window the first mile. Post race
Warm down: Finished early enough to get stretched by one of the physical therapist volunteers. Felt great and helped with not being sore afterwards. Event comments: Great race, great course. Could use a few more aid stations, but still a good race overall. Last updated: 2009-04-25 12:00 AM

Ate a power bar and a banana on the drive to the City. Arrived early. Picked up packet then walked back to car to wait and stay warm.
