Felt like crap- actually did the walk of shame up the last hill.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe its not a good idea to do a long run the day before an off road duathlon:)

sickness- yea I will blame that!

I will be back next year and hopefully be a little better in the mountain biking. I am glad I did it, but it was damn hard!
