I would like to learn to do flip turns and then I think that I would shave some time off of this.

I took my time. It was cold and I wanted everything on that I could to keep me warm on the bike.

FREEZING! Needed to have brought a change of warm dry clothes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Low blood sugar. I desperately need to pay more attention to this. When I get low, my emotional state goes with it.

new race company. They will likely improve quickly.
