Comments:

Basically found a person to swim beside, then just matched his stroke and stayed with him. I could have caught a fast swimmer or a slow swimmer, but I didn't care. I did this so I didn't have to work very hard or do any sighting. T1 time included in swim. Swim exit was a long way from the bike entrance.
What would you do differently?:

Feel better and put forth more of an effort.

Run felt okay, I concentrated on going a slower consitant pace with no stopping, slowed at water stations for drink but did not come to a stop. Stomach was feeling better now than before.

Overall I was pleased with this race. Although I wasn't feeling good, I still did it and finished. I'm happy that I was able to overcome the negative thoughts I was having, and complete the race no matter what.
