Swim
Comments: lined up way left to stay out of the pack and had clean water. didn't touch anyone. Good swim for me. No issues. Transition 1
Comments: I think the bulk of my time was spent getting socks on. Going sockless will save alot of time. Did the rubberbands and shoes attached move and had a clean mount. Bike
Comments: Enjoyed the bike leg. Not sure I had much more in me. My climbing is the weakest part of my game and on this course that will hurt. Was strange, don't think I saw anyone from my wave, but passed several from the wave ahead of me and got passed by the speedsters in the wave behind. Transition 2
Comments: Still trying for the perfect T2 :). I ran past my spot a lost several seconds. Looks like i got in the top 10 OA. Some day I will reach nirvana and stand atop the t2 podium. It is my only goal in triathlon. What would you do differently?: concentrate more on rack location. Run
Comments: I guess i don't have much to say on any of my segments. i thought i performed as well as i could and had a good run. No water or nutrition. Good kick at the end. Thought i left it all out on the course. Post race
Warm down: eat. hung out in the philly tri tent for a bit. ate more. What limited your ability to perform faster: skillz on hillz Event comments: Great race. really enjoyed this year's changes (new transition area, new swim course, etc) thought it was improvement from last year. Great job by CGI. The volunteers were excellent and plentiful(although the army of volunteers at the run aid station was a little intimidating!). Weather was perfect. It was a great day to be alive and racing. Last updated: 2009-04-27 12:00 AM
