Comments: Wetsuit stuck a lot...was frustrated but moved on. What would you do differently?: Practice wetsuti removal and practice running in bike shoes on SAND! yikes Bike
Comments: My old school steel bike slowed my down, and not enough gears. The light fancy carbon bikes flew right by me... What would you do differently?: GET A NEW BIKE! LOL Pace my swim so I dont burn all my energy for bike. Transition 2

Woke up at 3:45 am. Ate raisen bran and special k (orange in the car). Left at 4:15 to make 45min drive to tahoe. Got to parking nice and early, got marked at 5:30 and headed in to TA. Set out my TA looked around to see what I was missing and what everyone else was doing. Used the facilities and drank H20. Ate a power bar about 1 hour from start.
Jogged around area for about 10 minutes, 30min out from gun.
