Comments: i was very dizzy again. I have trouble standing up. Wetsuit caught on heels. i got stuck with my shoes and almost fell over mounting my bike What would you do differently?: I am going to try bodyglide next time. Bike
Comments: I felt much better on the bike in terms of my pace. My chain came off twice, probably cost me about a minute maybe more. What would you do differently?: No caffiene gel ever again and make sure my chain is good. Transition 2

Comments: The caffeine gel i had on the bike took effect at the beginning of the run. My heart rate went over 230bpm. I felt terrible i thought about stopping but didn't. My pace was way slow in the beginning. I felt better at mile one i got my heart rate back down to 160 to 170. Overall, i was very dissapointed in my run What would you do differently?: Obviously no caffeine gel. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Bike chain and i think i eat too much because i always feel sick on my runs. I need to get over my fear of running out of energy.
