Comments: Left shoes on bike again and it worked well. Still struggling with my bearings after exiting water. What would you do differently?: Swim/bike practices? Bike
Comments: First hill put me into distress. I was very reserved over the rest of the bike ride and felt too good by the end. What would you do differently?: I would have payed a little more attention to the course profile and take it out a little harder knowing it was mostly downhill on the way back. Transition 2
Comments: Love my Zoot shoes but they have been pretty difficult to put on in the last two races when my feet are damp. This usually leads to calf cramping before the run. What would you do differently?: More body glide on my shoes. Run
Comments: Was anxious about the distance and held a good tempo that would keep me from blowing up. Was happy with my time but know that I should be able run a faster pace by now. What would you do differently?: Run with a higher tempo/pace Post race
