Comments: I don't have bike shoes so this went as good as can be expected. It took me a min to jump on the bike and get my feet in. Bike
Comments: Oh my. Way slower than it should have been. I was taking it easy and I should have been pushing. I guess I didn't realize how slow I was b/c I wasn't watching the time, but I didn't want to be stressed so I gave my watch away. I felt good on this bike, but I should have left it all on the course which I did not by any means. oops. Transition 2
Run
Comments: ugh. i probably should have run faster, but this being the first triathlon and having not practiced running after biking much at all, I just pust my head down and tried to settle into the run part. Post race
Warm down: nothing What limited your ability to perform faster: I was feeling scared and was new so I didn't know what to expect from each leg. Now I know, I think I can do a better job at the next one. Event comments: Will definitely do another triathlon. I think I need to join the tri club to get some focused support.
