Comments: Pool swim - I like the no nav part but the seeding could be better. I fat fingered my split to go earlier and was 30 seconds slower than my predicted and lapped everyone twice except one guy who I lapped once. Transition 1
Comments: T1 is getting better. Shoes stayed on the pedals, I just need to relax about getting the feet in the shoes to fast. The bike start was up a hill so I just slowly put my feet in and pedaled harder then coasted. Much better Bike
Transition 2
Comments: Feet got stuck going in the flats. insole got winkled up on one foot. it figured itself after a mile What would you do differently?: figure out a way to stick my insole to the bottom of my shoe. Run
Comments: Felt incredible coming off the bike - Ran out of juice on the rollers and legs felt heavy but overall felt strong thru out the run What would you do differently?: This was a race that I hadn't taken off too much before Post race

get up drive from campsite with the kids, stomach was unsettled already, couldn't choke down a half a bagel, drank some HEED, and had a banana. Big mistake drank a starbucks frappacino about 25 minutes before the start with the quesy stomach....
5-10 minutes of dynamic stretching and jogging back to the car to get my goggles... :)
