I was all over the place on the swim. After rounding the first buoy, I couldn't keep a straight course to save my life.
What would you do differently?:

Stay to the right at the beginning and taper in towards the first buoy. Look up for often to ensure I'm on course.

Out of the transition area on to the course you have to take a 90 degree right turn, so running and jumping onto the bike isn't really an option.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe try not using socks. I couldn't keep my balance trying to put them on wet feet, so I had to sit down and do it.

A good course, but the road was very rough.

Practice hills. The only part I got passed on was the uphill going out.

Didn't attempt to ride with feet on top of shoes because I didn't practice it and it was a good windy uphill/downhill coming into transition.
What would you do differently?:

Not quite sure. This was a good transition time for me. In the top of my age group.

Cramped up within the first kilometer. Didn't drink enough fluid on the bike and I'm assuming it was dehydration. I was very disappointed by it.
What would you do differently?:

Drink more. Also practice running hills.
