Warm down: Banana + apple + stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Conditioning. Event comments: Very well-run race. Volunteers directed parking, buses, water stations more than once per mile, a band, and a very efficient finish line. Lots of participants from all over -- highly recommended.
