Comments: Right calf cramped at beginning of run. Decent pace until mile 4 then run/walked mile 5. What would you do differently?: Tough it out on run. Include intervals during run. Post race
Warm down: Swim to cool off after race. What limited your ability to perform faster: Heat and hydration. Need to train more in heat. Event comments: Very good event. Enjoyed the course...especially the scenic bike ride. Event was well organized...even though they started late and subdivided age groups into more heats at the last minute.
