Comments: Didn't take in any water on the run. It was short enough and I knew from training I'd be ok. Plus the water here tastes like garbage and I didn't want that slowing me down. I was about 30 seconds faster than my goal pace from the start, but decided to keep pushing. I slowed up on the last 2km, but did not drop below 7:57 min/mi. What would you do differently?: I didn't really have much of a pacing plan. Still trying to find out the limits of what I can sustain over certain distances. In the future though I'd like to stick more to a pace to avoid the slow down I had on the last 2.5km. I didn't come totally unglued and finished real strong though/ Post race
