Great bike for me, passed a lot of people, but since I was last out of the water, I had a lot of people in front.
What would you do differently?:

Bike, nothing, transistion needed work.

Issue with running shoes, insterts in wrong shoe. I had to take the left shoe off again and retie. Burned too much time. Shoes had no soles at all and I didn't tie very well

Did not feel bad after getting off the bike...this is a first. Makes me like the tri more than a duathlon.
What would you do differently?:

Orthodic in the right shoe, duh!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I suck at swimming and I didn't check the orthodic. Also need practice getting out of the wetsuit.

Event comments:

Activities ranked lower, but this race cost $20, so for the price...we got a lot! Great venue for a 1st timer. I am grateful for the 300y swim for my first one.
