Comments: 11 out of 13, certainly not great...but so happy for my 2nd Tri swim. I didn't panic and I swam with the exception of a couple of 15-20 second breaks. Overall vert pleased considering I have only been swimming 1 year now . Can't wait to tri again next year. What would you do differently?: Just practice Transition 1

Comments: I could have pushed harder on the run I think. When I was done, I felt I had more. Breathing was pretty good, legs felt pretty good. I am surprised I am not affected too much by the bike to run as I used to be. What would you do differently?: picked up the pace a little for the last n=mile. Post race
Event comments: Lots of helpful and friendly volunteers. Safety seemed to be a priority. Swim cap and water bottle were good quality. The computers made available to check results was brilliant!!! Last updated: 2009-05-04 12:00 AM

Forgot sports legs, ugh. Up at 5:15, stretching, coffee, banana and almond butter.
Got there about 1 hr 15 minutes prior to start. That was just about right, wouldn't have wanted to be any later.
Got in the water to adjust to the temp
