Comments:

Did this race with my friend Eric to help him accomplish his first half. I had to run 100 minutes for my Ironman training anyway, si I figured I'd help pace himn to break 2 hours. Run was super easy and felt great the whole time. Wore my new Zoot shoes to see how they felt. Very light and comfortable.
What would you do differently?:

Run it for myself and go harder.
Post race
Warm down:

Short walk and stretching. Ate a couple of bagels and drank some Pepsi.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing. Ran at the pace my friend needed me to run. Worked out well.

Event comments:

Lincoln is a great mid sized town race. For the size of the race, there are great volunteers and the whole running is perfect. From having drinks with lids and straws down to the helpfulness of the volunteers, this is a must do for people in the midwest.
