Comments: only back to training for 6 weeks and had not done a distance of over 3 miles in training. Time was great, it was 10 seconds faster per mile than my training pace. What would you do differently?: train for hills Post race
Warm down: walked around drank some water What limited your ability to perform faster: unconditioned for hills and just back into running after being sedentary for a year. Event comments: Very efficient staff! even had my bib info filled out for me when I got my registration packet. Have been to many fun runs and large races and was just at together as the larger events. All I had to do was apply my bib and run! Will run it again next year! Last updated: 2009-05-05 12:00 AM
