Comments: Bit of a shock in my first event... Definitely caught me by surprise and it cost me a lot. Now i know what to expect going forward and will be much better prepared... What would you do differently?: Warm up better both in water and out... Start more to the outside Transition 1
Comments: Slow t1 tried to drink a 5 hour energy and it cost me time. also washing my feet was wrong should not have been done. What would you do differently?: Do not eat or drink and worry about feet as much for shorter rides Bike

Set up transition area, had bottle of water and towel rdy to wash my feet. Slowed me down, don;t think this is necessary for sprints. At most wipe feet down
Not warm enough, did no pre stretch or jog, did not want to sweat befor putting on wetsuit. Got in water but did not warm up enough and it cost me dearly.
