Comments:

Overall I am happy with the run. It is my first 5k since this same race last year and I placed 28 spots better and cut a bit over 2 minutes off my time. Not bad for not doing any training last year and just a little training this year.
What would you do differently?:

I would have attacked the hills a bit differently. I think I should have pushed more on the flats and maintained on the hills and would have giving me a better last minute effort in the race.
